Frequently asked questions

You've got questions. We've got answers.

What is The Library?

The Library is your complete collection of short, therapist led courses - all in one place. Instead of buying courses one at a time, a single purchase gives you 12 months access to the entire collection, with every new course we add included at no extra cost. Included in your 12 month access is 12 months access to monthly live Q&A sessions with a therapist.

Can I buy individual courses?

No - courses are only available as part of The Library. We designed it this way so you have everything you need to work through, at your own pace, in whatever order feels right for you, rather than piecing together one course at a time.

What's included?

Every course in The Library: short video lessons (around 4 minutes each), downloadable worksheets for reflection, and 12 month access so you can return to any course whenever you need it. As new courses are added to The Library, they're automatically included - no extra purchase required. Also included is 12 months access to live, monthly Q&A session with a therapist.

How many courses are there, and will more be added?

The Library currently includes 10 courses covering topics like anxiety, communication, conflict, self awareness, and emotional safety in relationships. We're actively developing new courses, and everyone with Library access receives them automatically as they're released.

Is this a subscription?

No. It's a one time purchase for 12 months access - no recurring fees, and no risk of losing access later.

How much time does each course take?

Courses are intentionally short. Most lessons run around 4 minutes, so you can fit reflection into a busy day rather than needing to set aside hours. Full courses typically take a few sessions to complete, though there's no pace you need to keep -return to them whenever suits you.

Do I need to complete courses in order?

No. Each course stands alone, so you're free to start with whatever feels most relevant to you right now.

I've purchased - how do I access my courses?

Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive an email with instructions to set up your account. From there, simply log in to access your full Library at any time.

Who creates these courses?

Every course is created and led by qualified, accredited therapists. You can read more about our therapists and their backgrounds on our Our Therapists page.

Is this the same as therapy?

No. The Library is educational and reflective in nature — it's designed to help you build self-understanding and stronger relationships, but it isn't a substitute for therapy or professional mental health treatment. If you're working through something that feels beyond what a course can support, we'd always encourage you to reach out to a qualified therapist or your doctor.

What if I'm going through a crisis?

The Library isn't designed for crisis support. If you're in crisis or need immediate help, please contact a mental health professional, your doctor, or a crisis service in your area.

Will this actually help me?

Every course is grounded in therapeutic principles and written to be practical, not just theoretical — real tools you can use, not just ideas to think about. That said, real change tends to come from consistent small steps rather than any single course. We've designed The Library to support that kind of gradual, sustainable reflection.

Is there a refund policy?

We don't offer a refund policy, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to see if there is anything we can do to keep you satisfied with your purchase.

Is my information private?

Is my information private?Yes. Your personal information and course activity are kept private and are never shared. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.

I'm having trouble with my account or purchase — who do I contact?

Reach out any time via Contact Us and we'll help sort it out.
